Do you speak English?
Yes — fluently and natively. Your main contact handles every email, call and on-the-day briefing in clear, native English, so nothing gets lost in translation between you, your planner and your suppliers.
How far in advance should we book?
For peak season (May–September) we recommend securing your date 9–12 months ahead. Destination weddings often book the bar alongside the venue, since prime Saturdays in Noto, Ragusa Ibla and Taormina go quickly.
Which areas of Sicily do you cover?
We are based in Marina di Ragusa and serve the whole of south-eastern Sicily as standard — Ragusa, Siracusa, Noto, Modica, Scicli and the Val di Noto. We also travel to Catania, Taormina and beyond on request; just send us the venue.
Can you work at villas, beaches and historic baglio venues?
Yes. Our vintage Ape Car bar is fully self-contained: no mains power, no plumbing and no gazebo required. We set up in about five minutes on lawns, terraces, courtyards, beaches and cobbled piazzas where a fixed bar simply cannot go.
Do you offer alcohol-free and custom drinks?
Always. Every package includes a proper alcohol-free menu — Sicilian citrus lemonades, salted-almond granita, botanical mocktails — alongside the cocktails. We will also design one or two signature drinks around your story and colour palette.
Can you cover the whole wedding weekend?
That is exactly what we love to do: a relaxed welcome aperitivo, a refreshing post-ceremony moment, a premium open bar for the party, and a day-after brunch. One trusted team across all the moments, so your guests feel looked after from arrival to farewell.
